Then people just sit and "think", what to do to prevent being blocked in future. "Adel" says thinking may not be the way to treat it because sometimes that thinking is useless. Sometimes it leads to good and sometimes to bad, it depends on what your thinking style is. Sometimes this is not the time to do that, or maybe that was not the right way (solution) you chose / tried to do. I manytimes experience such blocked feeling, then, I wish. Though I don't recommend this way. I just sit and wish stronger for a faraway freedom. It worsens that "pain". or you feel danger. Being blocked feels like being bond and prisoned by time. What you wrote was one of my questions, this is why I like this post. Sometimes the goal is mis-taken: then just try doing something else. or something better(!). Sometimes you should do something you may find unimportant. Maybe that you have chosen, doesn't fit your inner unconscious: "just do" something which you are good at, so you feel some kind of "movement". Feeling the movement is somehow a cure for it. Sometimes there are other blockades left unprocessed, which seemed unimportnant or non urgent, or are forgotten or almost forgotten (this is my situation!). Pardon me for thinking aloud here!
